Our Projects Involve Bringing Ventura into Sustainable Growth Management and Preserving the Natural and Built Environments from Reckless Development.

 

We oppose Regent Properties' plan to cut and fill the Ventura Hillsides and build 55 upscale tract homes on a flattened ledge above the city. Since October 2015, when the City Council told Regent to re-design its proposal to observe the rules of Ventura's  Hillside Management Plan (HMP), nothing has been heard from Regent.
