When a fire in the foothills occurs, fire fighters assemble equipment--here on Hall Canyon Road, the only in-and-out access road to the proposed estates. Clearly this would make evacuating residents there very difficult, with only one other exit proposed--a gated one on narrow Lincoln Drive opened remotely by fire officials.
